and here are the 4 apartment choices (in no particular order):
Melbourne Student House - 2 Bedroom Apartment
the lift lobby
a tiny kitchen and an ordinary room
RMIT Village Old Melbourne - 2 Bedroom Studio Apartment (most likely choice!)
revamped from the old melbourne hotel
a heated pool
the 2 bedroom studio (what we applied for)
and this is how 1 room will look like in the 2 bedroom apartment (not available unfortunately, if not this would be our ideal choice)
YMCA College Square @ Swanston - 2 Bedroom Apartment
don't really like this place although it's within closest proximity to the university
Unilodge College House - 2 Bedroom Apartment
not too bad actually, but quite far away from the university
stereotypical asian guy in ugly suit not included

well, RMIT Village is quite a beauty, with the facilities and all. would really prefer the 2 bedroom apartment instead though, and it'll be perfect. shall wait for the outcome of the application for the 2 bedroom studio. probably stay for a sem first and at the same time look for a 2 bedroom apartment. :)
